Week #28 He Knows the Way :)

Here is a little bit about this Week!! 

 I am so grateful to be companions with Sister Clark!! I love her so much! She loves the people, you can see it in her. She is Genuine and here to serve the Lord. I've really enjoyed this last week! Finding has been so much fun! Tracting, contacting and visiting the Members are times, while I have been with Sister Clark, that I have felt the Joy of the spirit:) This transfer I've learned the importance of unity, that  Joy can be with us where ever we go.

 This week has been great:) Sister Clark and I have been teaching this women named Sipho she's a lot like Joseph Smith, going to so many different churches and really looking for which one is true. She has so much faith and light in her it's unreal. She's prayed for an answer if it is true and still hasn't recieved it. But she has hope that she will! I am not sure how to help her continue to have that faith and hope, but we continue to teach her, testify to her, and pray for her.  

That we need to believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and rely on his Atonement.
FAITH - Trust in Him
REPENTANCE - Rely on Him
BAPTISM - Change 
Receive the GIFT of the HOLY GHOST - Align our will with God's Will, listen, and act upon the promptings
ENDURE to the END - Press Forward with Him and Center on HIM

A little more about Efe's baptism 2 weeks ago - Efe Omamohwo was Baptized and Confirmed September 28th and 29th. Owen gave a talk on Baptism and Claire gave one on the Holy Ghost and then Claire and Serena sang 'I'm trying to be like Jesus' together. The last sang that we all sang was families can be together forever.  Efe bore his testimony the Sunday he was confirmed about how he received a blessing to quit drinking coffee and he said after the blessing he had no desire to drink coffee.  Something that was amazing to see was that Efe and Juliet put their wedding rings back on.  They both are working together better than they ever have and look so much happier than they did when I first met them.  Efe will be receiving the Priesthood soon. They are working toward getting sealed in the TEMPLE!! We were walking down the road reactivating and contacting and we saw this women and her husband walking their dog. Week #25 - Christ's Atonement is the Reason to be Happy!

Yesterday was actually Thanksgiving in Canada!! (another Monday holiday!) I had 3 Thanksgiving dinners.. hahah.   One on Sunday and two on Monday.   I felt like I looked pregnant, but it was so good:)  I feel like I don't know anything:) It’s a good thing that God does. I feel like a child relearning everything.   Obedience brings Faith, Faith is the only way to understand the Atonement.   I am trying to understand it better.   I’ve been talking with my mission President to better understand the Atonement.   He gave me scriptures and talked about it at zone conference.   Sister Nicole Lowder - Love..Love..Love! He shared with the missionaries the following:   "It is difficult to add anything to conference, but I remembered a quote from Pres. Week #81 - Love You Burlington!!

October 27th - Serena did her very last primary program and will be going to Young Women's this January! We knocked on a door and Kirna a mother visiting from India answered the door. We said we were sharing a message about Jesus Christ. She said "Jesus Christ?" "Come in" as we talked to her she said that she was praying for her husband in India that he would have water and she said God blessed him with it. She was so grateful we came and fed us food she was making for her family. October 30th - Tonight we went late night tracting and had many pass along cards and were going to hand them all out before 9pm. We handed every single one out but still had 5 min. I reached into my bag not looking and pulled put a card! We went to the closest home with lights on. We knocked and then a man in the basement opened the door and jumped back he didn't realize we were there. We shared the Book of Mormon and testified of Hope. He said he...
